Most brands spread effort across everything. We find the one thing that changes the economics.
One buyer insight. One positioning shift. One structural fix. Then we build the system that makes it compound.
Who is actually buying, not clicking, liking, or browsing?
Stopped guessing who the buyer was and started asking the people who had already bought. Analysed competitor ads and content using Creatify. Built swipe files across hooks, formats, and what worked versus what did not. Created playbooks for messaging, creators, and formats. Focused on organic, community-led traction. Set up ManyChat for automated engagement flows.
Mapped the first $500 worth of sales to $3,000 per month in less than 40 days of right execution. Clear, consistent product storytelling. Stronger connection with the right audience. 20% organic sales contribution.
Growth accelerates when you understand buyers before optimising channels.
How do we know marketing is actually driving sales? Not just metrics. Not dashboards. Real revenue attribution.
A missing measurement layer. Digital spend and in-store footfall existed in entirely separate worlds. Acquisition cost was artificially high because nobody had connected digital touchpoints to store walk-ins.
Mapped offline leads manually. Tracked where every lead originated. Connected store visits to purchases. Ran daily feedback loops to adjust campaigns in real time.
reduction in offline purchase cost. 30% improvement in ROAS. Budget unchanged. Outcomes different.
No complex tools, just clarity and accountability.
Plenty of inbound leads. Most low-intent or cold. Sales teams chasing the wrong conversations. Marketing and sales optimised independently.
A broken handoff. High-intent leads waited 48+ hours while low-intent leads consumed all sales energy.
Lead-filtering system before sales touch. Hot/warm/cold segmentation. Response rules. Call-centre integration with marketing workflows.
conversion impact. 50% increase in conversion rates from Month 1.
Sometimes growth comes from fixing internal flow, not running more ads.
Competitive plotted development market. HNI buyers showing interest but not converting. Business needed serious investors, not volume.
Two gaps. Sales team had structural inefficiencies in qualification and follow-up. Targeting was too wide. The buyers most likely to commit were in South Mumbai, the closest decision-makers geographically and psychologically.
Fixed sales team gaps. Tightened targeting to South Mumbai first. Shifted from wide awareness to concentrated conviction.
Crore in bookings in 90 days. 16 plots sold. 150+ qualified leads.
In high-value categories, growth comes from better qualification, not more visibility.
Paid achieving 2-3x. Units moving. But returns at 28%+ were structurally eliminating margin.
Consumers were being serviced in the wrong pin codes. Products delivered to areas with high RTO rates. The problem was delivery logistics and consumer filtering, not product or creative.
Tools to filter wrong consumers and wasted spend before fulfilment. Called buyers to verify intent and delivery details. Built a delivery verification system. Created a pin code profitability map.
drop in RTO rates. 2x ROI on paid. Paid growth became profitable and predictable.
Growth improves when buyer commitment is designed into the journey, not left to chance.
Understand before you influence.
Define the position, buyer, value proposition and whitespace. Most brands act before they understand.
You cannot influence a market you have not understood. Clarity removes the assumptions that make campaigns expensive and outcomes unpredictable.
Turn understanding into something worth noticing.
Use market and buyer understanding to find the idea that can change perception.
Creativity without insight is decoration. We use what we know about the buyer to find the idea they were waiting to see. The one that earns attention rather than buying it.
Make the idea change the number.
Turn attention into measurable movement through conversion, growth and revenue systems.
Awareness is not power. Conversion is power. We build the systems that capture demand, convert it efficiently, and compound it over time. The number either moves or it does not.
From CUP to Experience
What does the person actually experience?
The CUP Framework diagnoses the problem and builds the response. Experience Design shapes what happens to the person on the other side of that work. Understanding one makes the other more powerful.
Understanding what the market is actually saying before building a response to it. Every engagement starts here.
Buyer intelligence · Customer profiles · Behaviour maps · Market intelligence · Demand signals · Opportunity maps
Turning insight into something worth noticing. The idea that earns attention rather than buying it.
Positioning · Messaging · Creative platforms · Content systems · Creator frameworks · Campaigns
Making the idea reach the right people and convert efficiently. Attention is not the outcome. Movement is.
Distribution · Performance · Conversion journeys · Experiments · Acquisition systems · Feedback loops
Designing the experience after the choice and the systems that make every interaction smarter than the last. The signal compounds into preference.
Experience design · Guest and customer intelligence · CRM · Social CRM · Personalisation · Retention · Repeat purchase · Relationship systems
We work where strategy, creativity, experience design and commercial execution meet. The problem might be a buyer nobody has properly understood. A position the market has not claimed. A message that does not move consideration. A growth system that is leaking value. Or an experience that is failing to create preference: before the choice, during it, and long after it. We find the leverage point, develop the response and stay close to the outcome.
In 2019, an unknown diaper brand in Dubai needed customers before it had a real market presence. We did not start with ads. We started with free trials in Facebook mother groups. 400 leads. 60% conversion. The product sold before the brand existed.
Later, a US sneaker brand had crossed $1M in sales but could not clearly identify its buyer. Understanding the buyer moved monitored sales from $500 to $3,000 a month in 40 days.
The lesson was consistent: find what actually matters, then build around it.
The people thinking about the problem stay close to the people solving it. Strategy, creativity and execution are connected rather than passed through disconnected layers. We are as focused on what happens after the choice as on what creates it. Most work stops at conversion. We design what the person encounters when they arrive on the other side: the recognition, the follow-through, the experience that earns a second choice. Every engagement starts with a question, creates a Thinking Document, agrees on a metric and is judged by whether that number moves.
Someone discovers you. They consider you. They choose you. Then the real experience begins.
What happens next is where preference is built or lost. Most brands design the campaign that earns the choice. We design what the person experiences when they get there.
The transaction tells you what they bought. The experience tells you why they might come back.
The client should know who is thinking, who is making and what the work is expected to change. Every engagement begins with a direct conversation with the Founding Partner. The person who diagnoses the problem is the same person who designs the solution.
And the best experience should make the person feel like the choice was already obvious.
Mission
We find the 1% your market is waiting for.
Most brands spread effort across everything. MEDEACUP focuses on finding the one thing that changes the economics, whether that is a buyer insight, a positioning shift or a structural fix, then builds the system that makes it compound.
The 1% is never the obvious thing. That is why most brands miss it.
In Practice
☕Every engagement starts with one question: who is actually buying, and why?
☕Every engagement produces one Thinking Document.
☕Every engagement agrees on one metric before work begins.
☕Every engagement is measured by whether that number moves.
The 1% is never the obvious thing. That is why most brands miss it.

Growth is hidden in the 1%.
In every category, a small number of decisions
determine most of the outcome.
of customers generate most revenue. Who are they? Where do they come from? Why do they stay?
of channels drive most growth. Which one is yours? Most brands are not sure.
of messages build real authority. The one sentence your buyer will repeat.
of strategic decisions determine market leadership. One structural change. Everything else follows.
The 1% is never the obvious thing. That is why most brands miss it.
Someone discovers you. They consider you. They choose you. Then the real experience begins. What happens next can change memory, preference, return, recommendation and revenue. We design that space.
The Idea
A welcome message on its own is not an experience. A recommendation is not an experience. A beautiful room is not an experience. A great product is not an experience. They become meaningful when they connect — when each one shapes what comes next.
The Sequence

What becomes part of memory and preference?Return
What gives someone a reason to choose again? Before
Experience design begins before arrival, purchase or interaction. The signals someone picks up before they commit shape the confidence they carry into the moment of choice.
Discovery · Context · Trust · Anticipation · Identity
During
This is where the brand becomes real. What someone physically or digitally encounters in the moment they are consuming or experiencing the product or service.
Recognition · Interaction · Product · Service · Ritual · Ease · Environment
After
The experience should not end when the transaction ends. What happens after the sale, the stay, or the delivery is often the moment that decides whether the person returns or disappears.
Memory · Relevance · Follow-up · Recommendation · Recognition · Repurchase · Relationship
Hospitality
The hospitality experience is a sequence that begins long before check-in and continues long after checkout.

The Commercial Layer
The commercial outcomes of experience design include direct bookings, conversion, repeat purchase, average spend, retention and referral. The exact metric depends on the business. The principle does not.
The Preference Loop
☕Capture the signal— what did this person respond to?
☕Shape the next interaction— use what you know
☕Increase relevance— the experience becomes more personal
☕Build preference— familiarity converts to loyalty
☕Create growth— preference drives return, referral, revenue
We find the 1% that matters to a person, then design the experience around it.
The transaction tells you what they bought. The experience tells you why they might come back.
